Gabriel Diaz has over a decade of experience as a trial lawyer, specifically in federal and state courts in North Carolina. He looks at every case as if it is going to trial and brings his fierce advocacy in the courtroom to help his clients in their particular case.
Mr. Diaz has handled numerous cases involving murder, terrorism, international alien smuggling, immigration enforcement, drug trafficking, firearms offenses, international human trafficking, violent crimes, money laundering, DWI, and other crimes.
Prior to private practice, Mr. Diaz was a federal prosecutor, a state prosecutor, and also served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
